Dental Fam understands that dental treatment costs — especially for longer treatment plans such as orthodontics, dental implants, or multi-unit porcelain restorations — represent a significant investment that deserves careful planning. That is why, depending on the type of treatment, Dental Fam offers two different financing paths, so you can manage your budget while still starting treatment at the right time.

1. Two financing options at Dental Fam

These two options are not interchangeable; each is designed for the nature of the treatment it applies to. You will be advised clearly on which option applies to your case during your first consultation.

2. In-clinic installment plan — for braces only

Because orthodontic treatment with braces unfolds over multiple clinical stages, often spanning many months, Dental Fam offers an in-clinic installment plan. This means you pay for your treatment in installments directly to the clinic, timed to match your treatment stages (bracket placement, periodic check-ups, bracket removal, and so on).

• Available for all braces cases, regardless of the type of braces (metal, self-ligating, or ceramic) listed in the current price list
• No need to go through a bank or third-party finance company
• The number of installments and the initial deposit are worked out individually based on your budget, through a direct discussion with the clinic's financial advisory team

3. Credit card installment — for all other services

For services such as dental implants, full-mouth porcelain restoration, or multi-unit porcelain restoration, Dental Fam helps you access credit card installment financing through our banking partner, VietinBank.

Specifically, Dental Fam confirms your actual treatment details and cost with the clinic, which supports your application for a credit limit that matches your treatment cost, rather than being limited to the standard credit limit based on your personal financial profile alone. For example, a standard application might only qualify for a credit limit of 10–20 million VND; with confirmation of actual treatment at Dental Fam at a higher cost, you may have the opportunity to be considered for a credit limit that matches your treatment cost.

• Available for any case requiring installment support outside of braces treatment
• Interest and any installment fees are applied according to the issuing bank's own fee schedule — Dental Fam does not charge any additional fee beyond the cost of treatment
• Credit limit approval and the final decision rest with the bank; Dental Fam supports your application but cannot guarantee approval or a specific credit limit

4. How it works

1. Your dentist advises you and agrees on a treatment plan, together with a clear total cost.
2. The clinic's financial advisory team discusses with you to determine the right option — in-clinic installment (for braces) or credit card installment via VietinBank (for other services).
3. For in-clinic installment: you agree on the number of installments and the amount per payment, and sign off on the payment plan. For credit card installment: Dental Fam provides confirmation of your treatment and cost so you can complete your application with VietinBank.
4. Treatment proceeds according to the agreed plan.

5. Important notes

• Whichever option you choose, the payment plan is agreed in writing before treatment begins — no costs beyond what was agreed will apply
• For credit card installment, all interest terms, fees, and repayment terms are governed by the agreement between you and the card-issuing bank
• If you wish to adjust your payment plan during treatment, please speak directly with the clinic so we can support you in the best way
