Absolute Sterility
Many patients carry an unspoken fear of cross-contamination in the dental chair. At Dental Fam, that fear is eliminated through a closed, one-directional sterilization system. Instead of manual brush-scrubbing — which can leave bacteria behind — we use the robotic Tethys H10. It runs a fully automated 4-in-1 cycle: ultrasonic cleaning that drives contaminants out of micro-crevices without dulling instruments, thermal disinfection at 90 °C, and closed-loop drying that keeps pathogens from entering the air.
Instruments are then hermetically sealed by the Millseal+ Evo — an intelligent packaging unit that creates a wide 12 mm weld, continuously monitors sealing temperature, and prints the date and operator name on every pouch. When your clinician opens that pouch in front of you, it is a 100% guarantee of sterility.
The final stage is the German vacuum autoclave Mocom B Classic. Its high-powered pump evacuates air from even the smallest cavities, allowing pressurized steam to eliminate even the most resilient pathogens — including HIV and hepatitis B/C. Instruments emerge completely dry, leaving no moisture in which bacteria could multiply.
We also protect your comfort during drilling: the THALYA unit flushes handpiece motors with high-pressure air and calculates the precise drop of lubricant needed, while the Melaquick 12+ express autoclave sterilizes handpieces in just 7 minutes. The result is a handpiece that runs smoothly, quietly, and without unsettling vibration. And to ensure that ordinary tap water never enters your wound, the Stillo distiller removes 99% of impurities, minerals, and heavy metals — making water safe even for the most sensitive gum tissue.

Precision Diagnostics
Avoiding X-rays out of concern for radiation is no longer a barrier to care. Dental Fam is home to the only KaVo DIAGNOcam in Vietnam — a device that detects hidden cavities using laser light, with zero X-ray exposure. It is completely safe for pregnant women and children. You can see your own teeth on screen in real time: cavities appear as clear, distinct dark shadows.
When a 3D scan is needed for complex treatment, we use the open-architecture Planmeca ProMax 3D Plus. There is no enclosed capsule to lie inside — the unit captures the image in seconds while you stand or sit comfortably. Ultra Low Dose™ technology reduces radiation by 77% — equivalent to a couple of days of normal background exposure — and intelligent artifact suppression eliminates scatter from existing metal restorations for pinpoint accuracy.
A localized X-ray can be taken right in the dental chair without interrupting treatment, thanks to the handheld Nomad Pro 2. Its high-frequency generator and integrated shielding keep radiation to a minimum. And if you have ever been scratched by rigid plastic sensors or triggered a gag reflex, you will appreciate our Scan eXam One phosphor plates — paper-thin, fully flexible, and UV-disinfected against viruses including HIV and herpes before every patient.
Surgery
Pain-Free Surgery and Implant Placement
Wisdom tooth extractions and implant placements are often associated with swelling, pain, and lengthy recovery. At Dental Fam, the process is as gentle as modern technology allows. Instead of a conventional drill, we use the MiniUNIKO PZ ultrasonic scalpel. Its micro-vibrations cut through hard bone only — they are physically incapable of damaging a nerve or soft tissue. This eliminates the risk of facial numbness, removes the pressure and cracking sensation during surgery, and results in virtually no pain or swelling afterward.
To accelerate healing, we apply DUO Quattro (PRF) technology. Right in the clinic, in just 8–12 minutes, we centrifuge a small sample of your own blood to create a biological membrane rich in your own platelets and white blood cells. Placed in the extraction socket, it releases growth factors for up to 14 days — acting simultaneously as a natural antibiotic and a structural scaffold for tissue regeneration. Healing is dramatically faster, and the need for pain medication drops sharply.
